PANTONE COLOR CHART
WITH HEX CODES.

Look up any swatch on the coated and uncoated color charts by its grid code or HEX code, then see how that color really prints on our DTF setup. The preview is built from 2,250 colors we printed and measured on our own printer here in Vancouver, WA.

The side block and the bright colors have no grid code. Search them by HEX.

How to use the color chart

  1. Find your color. Click a swatch in the grid, or type its grid code, like F12 or AA40.
  2. Check the printed estimate. The right chip shows how that color comes out on our DTF setup.
  3. Copy the HEX code into Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or Procreate.
  4. Send your artwork with a quote request for DTF transfers or custom apparel.

Coated vs uncoated

The coated chart covers brighter, more saturated values. The uncoated chart covers softer, more muted ones. Many brand guides list a coated and an uncoated version of the same color, so both charts are here.

Why your screen can't be trusted for print color

We printed 2,250 test colors on our own printer and measured each one with a spectrophotometer. Most shifted enough to notice next to the same color on a screen, and saturated blues and greens shifted the most. Pick your color from the chart, not from your monitor, and there are no surprises when the shirts show up.

QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK.

Why do colors print differently than they look on my screen?

Screens make color with light, and prints make it with ink on film. We printed and measured 2,250 colors on our own DTF setup, and most shift enough to see side by side. Bright blues and greens shift the most. The lookup shows you the printed result before you order.

What is the difference between the coated and uncoated charts?

The coated chart holds brighter, more saturated values. The uncoated chart holds softer, more muted ones. If your brand guide lists both, use the one that matches the look you want on the garment.

How do I use a color from the chart?

Find the swatch, note its grid code, look it up here, and copy the HEX code into your design file. Save your artwork with that exact HEX and it prints the way the swatch does.

How accurate is the printed color estimate?

It is built from real measurements of our production setup, but every screen shows color a little differently. Treat it as a guide. For brand critical colors, ask us and we will talk through the closest match.

Can you match my brand color exactly?

Send us the HEX codes from your brand guide with your quote request. If a color prints with a big shift, we will point you to the closest swatch so you know what to expect.

GOT COLORS TO MATCH?

Send your artwork and HEX codes. We will check them before anything is printed.
